Importance of timely submissions of CORRECT and CLEAN claims and to have no un-worked-on claim in 3 months past due aging report.
We are aware that: "The 'CLEAN' claims must be paid by insurance within 30 days of receipt of the claim and if ins. can't pay in timely manner, the provider must receive a letter of acknowledgement and/or further requirements for claim processing."
There will be no un-paid claim in 5 months follow/up report.
All patient balance due accounts are followed-up timely and efficiently by our trained A/R staff.
All patients and Insurance inquiries are handled satisfactorily.
